Heen Kahidi Dinning Room

this is gross. we lived on ketchikan YEARS and ate here dozens of times, we got take out as a treat tonight at this is what we got, the "halibut fries" was a small pile of fries with 2 small pieces of halibut on top. the burger looked like it was made of frozen beef pattys, and the "salad" was a clump of lettuce with 2 croutons. the food was insanely expensive for the quality of the food. this restaurant is not at all what it used to be

Huge disappointment. We stood at the door for about 10 min, many people walked by multiple times, not 1 person said a word to us. The sign said please wait to be seated, so we did. Then they flipped the sign to dining room closed, and a minute later a very unfriendly woman came over to seat us. I asked if we could sit in the dining room, we've been waiting 10 min and it was open when we arrived. She said no, it's closed, in a very a hole voice and told us to sit in the lounge. The bartender was friendlier, but certainly not any faster. Food was mediocre, nothing great. The Fish House had way better food. Then the bartender came over to our able and as he started stacking our plates with food still on them on top of each other, asked if we were done. We didn't really have a choice but to be done at that point. Would never come back, and suggest you try somewhere else! Was rather shocked at how horrible this place was all around.

I crave the corned beef hash for breakfast! Dinners are exceptional too!
