This is the BEST place to stay in Kodiak!!! Mary and Ron were the perfect hosts for this amazing spot!!! What a remarkable view and super comfortable space for our first time in Kodiak :-) Mary lent us a fossil digging kit, as well as boots for my partner to help us explore the beautiful shoreline. The decor is so beautiful inside the B&B...nautical antiques everywhere! The garden leading to our private entrance is something out of a magazine! We had easy parking and convenient access to everything fun in Kodiak. Mary's recommendation of Captain John's Harbor Tour was spot-on...what a fun time! The bed was also super comfy and the huge bathroom was so inviting after a day of watching bears and beach-combing. Finally, the gourmet breakfast Mary prepared was super yummy and beautiful...I almost didn't want to eat it because it looked so perfect :-) Thanks, also, for the fresh flowers in the room and even in our napkin holders! So, a BIG THANK YOU, Mary and Ron, for welcoming us into your lovely home...and hope to stay with you again soon in MAGNIFICENT Kodiak and your BEAUTIFUL B&B! Timothy and Gabriel :-)

I recently stayed here on a fishing trip to Kodiak Island. Ron and Mary (the proprietors) were immensely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable. And the proximity to town was perfect.

A Channel View is absolutely one of the best BnBs on Kodiak Island. Magnificent views, comfort with all the amenities, and ideally located close to town. Ron & Mary, retired teachers, are friendly and well-versed on everything Kodiak. It was a pleasure staying there.

What a fantastic B&B up in Kodiak Alaska. It overlooks the channel coming into the main downtown harbor area and provides a very scenic view right from your room or the overlooking decks. The hosts were fantastic. So friendly and knowledgeable about all things Kodiak. From the wildlife and sea life to hikes and points of interestthey get you dialed in. The location simply cant be beat. Walking distance to the Near Island Bridge as well as downtown. Highly recommend. What a great vacation. Thank you!

I recently stayed a week at this lovely place with beautiful water views. I was thrilled to find homemade muffins, cookies, fruit & fully stocked fridge. Very clean. Provided with everything down to the sunscreen & bear spray. Thank you so much!!
