      image Greetings are had, they are under construction, remodeling is a inconvenience with noise, the staff makes up for it. Richy is a pleasure to talk to about moving to Kodiak from the Philippians and settling into a new time zone. This young man makes the breakfast portion of an early morning a positive start to your day.
      The front desk staff was great.
      Kodiak is so amazing and this location is across from the Airport. The room was huge, an apartment for a very reasonable price. The remodel when finished will polish the place perfectly.

      The General Manager Doug is an outstanding individual and his team rallies around him making you feel right at home from the minute you walk in.
      There are big plans for renovation with amenities that will make this a top notch property in Kodiak.

      image Basic hotel. Lacking air conditioning and the ice machine was out of order when I visited, but comfortable enough and clean. Very close to the airport!
