Being a first time home buyer I couldnt imagine having a better experience than I did with Larry Terch! He was always available to answer any questions I had and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Larry was highly recommended and he definitely didnt disappoint! His knowledge, expertise and professionalism made what could be a very stressful process enjoyable and it was great knowing that I was in good hands. Larry has done an outstanding job with communication. If there was an issue he didnt stop until the problem was fixed and when he says he is going to do something you can consider it done. There are a lot of realtors that you can pick from but none that will work harder to help you through the whole process. I will personally use him as my realtor and tell everyone I know to use him as well.

Larry is hands down the best realtor in the interior of Alaska. Hes been very prompt in answering all of our questions and took the time to make sure we got the best deal possible. We will never use another realtor. Thank you again Larry for everything!
