I chose State Farm several years ago on the recommendation from a friend who worked at a body shop and said State Farm was the best to deal with when it came to getting your car repaired. They also offered earthquake insurance. I chose a local agent so I would have a brick and mortar office to deal with not just another telephone number. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I needed State Farm to be there. My claim started out smooth but got lost in corporate telephone numbers. I reached out to Erik, explained the situation and he went to work. A few days later and my claim was headed in a new direction. When Erik could tell I was frustrated with the situation he stepped in and provided the help needed. He went out of his way to make sure that not only I was taken care and my vehicle was taken care of but that the other party was taken care of. What agent calls to make sure the other party is fine the evening after a wreck? Erik did.

My wife and I recently got life insurance here. While that is a big decision, Louise made the process very simple. She walked us through all the options and at the end we ended up with a much better plan at less than we were expecting to pay. I have never had a bad experience here.
