        I viewed a new rock garden and landscaping Pioneer completed. I was impressed with their abilities and quality!

        Not a very professional experience. I was scheduled for an estimate on my new property to have lawn/landscaping and fencing installed. The person that did the estimate showed up 15 minutes late without a courtesy call to state they were running behind. Once the estimate was completed he stated it would take a couple days to get the quote back to me via email. I called a week later to follow up on the quote and was told it would be a few more days. It has now been 2 and a half weeks now and still nothing from the company. It is poor professionalism and a lack of integrity to say something to a customer and not follow up with them.
