This is a negative post.
I met with the owner-(Jeff) to have some house plans drawn. He took my plans and sketches along with changes and quoted a price. I agreed and he said the plans would be ready in 2 weeks. I called 3 weeks later and couldn't reach him. 2 more months and several calls and texts I gave up. Met him again at our local home show 9 months later. When I asked if he remembered me he said yes. I inquired about my plans and also why he ghosted me and wouldn't respond and he said he just didn't have time. He then asked if I wanted my plans back or still needed them drawn. I said that yes, I still need plans drawn if he could do it. He again said it would take him 2 weeks. Guess what. 2 months later and he won't return calls or respond to emails. I will be using a different company. No way I would trust this builder after he has shown his ethics. Beware of bad business practices.
