There arent enough positive words for how helpful and kind Kathy Rickman was throughout this experience. Many complex issues -both personal and property- were navigated with savvy and respect. In addition, her personal touch to assisting a client who was unable to drive was above and beyond what could have been expected. Kathy also used her connections in the local community to find solutions to uniquely Alaskan homestead issues. She is personable and fun to work with.
