Kenai Comfort Plumbing & Heating

Best plumbing company on the Kenai. They have performed multiple jobs for us over the past few years. The staff is always courteous, thorough and clean (drop cloths, booties, etc). The work is impeccable and the price is fair. Gwynn, Rob, Richard and the rest, are all great to work with. And unlike many companies on the Kenai, they will always call back if you leave a message.

Kenai Comfort has the best customer service! They have showed up for jobs within a couple of days, if not the same day that you call. They are easy to work with, and go above and beyond for their customers. Weve had our water heater serviced and ended up needing replacing. They came and stayed most of the evening just to make sure it was working properly. Weve also had some flooding in one of our utility rooms, and they came and handled it quickly. Weve also used them at some of our Airbnbs. Theyre reliable and I would 100% give them out business again!

Kenai Comfort was wonderful! From making appointments to following up, they were great with timely communication by phone and texts. The technicians are very knowledgeable and were on time and courteous. Kenai Comfort was also very patient in working with our home warranty company. They are the best!!

I got to say all the humans that work at Kenai, comfort plumbing and heating are absolutely phenomenal. We were in an emergency situation, because We have a child with autism, and she needs water on a daily basis to fulfill her sensory needs, and I explained this to Gwynn, and she got somebody out to us right away to help fix our water problem. They were efficient, their prices were fair, and they absolutely 100% cared that our family had water. The following day we ended up with no water again and I called Gwen and it happened to be Easter weekend and they still sent somebody out on Saturday to make sure that they helped us and it was that our filter was clogged because they fixed the holding tank from the well , and then our water was up and working. we have had amazing water pressure and everything is worked fabulously since!! Totally a five star review from us, and if you have any plumbing or heating needs, these are the people to go to because they follow through doing an amazing job and do it in a caring way!!!!
