5 star service was definitely provided recently when our gas powered furnace quit working in the middle of winter. When I called, they Were available to come out within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes (very knowledgeable & efficient), ordered the part needed which came in a couple business days from the lower 48, then came out in the snow as soon as they received it, and completed the repair timely. As far as price, I can say with 100% honestly that it was very fair and a very good value for the level of quality & timely service being provided. This company ( and Braxton) receives my highest recommendation! If you need an HVAC contractor, why haven’t you already called Valley Mountain Services?

These guys deserve 10 stars. 10 out of 10 My furnace went out, and I was without heat for 2 days and in a bad spot. Sean, the owner came to my house the same day I called him. Came out to the house after hours (didnt charge me extra for after hours work) and had the part I needed at his shop. Even though he had to go get it and come back he only charged me for the part and 1 hour. DAN HARDY AND HIS SON OVER AT HARDY HEATING QUOTED ME 500$ MORE FOR THE SAME PART, twice as much in labor, and tried to trick me in to getting a 6000$ furnace tellin me my furnace was not fixable before called Sean. Sean was professional and trust worthy and I would recommend him to anyone in Matsu-Palmer area. Made me feel like he would have done anything to get my furnace fixed the same day. Thank you Sean

Braxton came out to Girdwood to service and clean our gas fireplace that had not been serviced for a few years. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He cared enough to take the time to make sure I knew how to operate the fireplace, was thoughtful to show me how to shut off the unit in an emergency and what to do if the pilot light went out. His extra care and eye for detail is very appreciated and impressive. Braxton obviously has pride in his work and we are very thankful for his above and beyond service! 5 stars! Will definitely use their services in the future.

I needed an after hours repair due to my furnace putting out cold air. They were really quick to respond, super quick, clean, kind, and professional. Will definitely use them again. Service: Heating system maintenance
