This might seem a little long but please read it, I was a service manager at AK sales & service years ago so I know how it can be. I called and talked to William Hudon a service advisor. I explained that my truck would not start. I had it towed to the dealership and he and his team jumped right on it. In short order he called with what they found and a few other things. I told him I had an extended warrenty and he took care of EVERYTHING. His tech Jeremy did all the work very fast and clean, I was extreamly impressed with both of them and told them so. I highly recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB GUYS. Thanks for everything. Brian Maack
