        When booking our appointment I was told since the areas we wanted clean were less than the minimum square footage, so they'd be more than happy to do a bedroom. I was not home, my Fiance was, they were supposed to pre-treat the stains. They didn't. We chose a truck mounted service as typically the results are superior to other methods. As our carpets dried all the spots returned. As our carpets dried they turned gray, the fiber's left stiff with dirt and cleaning agents. They also never cleaned the carpet in our bedroom they promised. We paid over $100.00 for the service, there was no follow-up, they didn't respond to my complaints. I ended up doing the carpets myself, all spots were removed, no graying occurred and the carpet was soft once again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICEMASTER of the VALLEY. Their customer service and technical expertise is non-existent.
