Multiple instances of saying they would be there and either coming several hours later than when they said they would or no-showing altogether, without letting me know. Multiple reschedules and time spent running for parts and tools that they knew beforehand they would need. At least twice that office staff had said someone had gone to the technician's house to find him sleeping when he was supposed to be working and more times that office staff said they didn't have any idea where he was. And after all that, I would have forgiven everything had they done a good job. Especially since towards the end, the boss was coming out to supervise. But no. After shutting the water off to one bathroom to make a repair, the faucet will get only a dribble of water even with the water turned back on. This same pipe feeds the outside hose bib which also now only gets a dribble of water. And worst of all, when they repaired the tub drain, they had to remove insulation to do so but hey never put any insulation back over the repairs!! Small wonder then that my tub drain froze, cracked, and is now dripping water on the electrical wiring in my crawl space! I will NEVER call these people again.

Thank you Kelly for walking me thru a stressful situation over the phone, during this blizzard. Kelly patiently took the time to explain, super knowledgeable, about the issue and went way above and beyond! Talk about community oriented! He even told me the history of plumbers and why they had wrench turning arms! Thank you again as all is good!
