        Branch and area vice presidential management are illegally withholding over $12,000 from a vehicle sale, and refuse to pay for a vehicle transaction completed five weeks ago. This is illegal and unethical. I will never again do business with this sham of a financial institution

        yup. service was great ...3 years ago. then the plandemic happened and akusa lost their minds! they are getting better but have a long way to go to get back to good.

        I love how fast the service is herem the hours of operation is so easy for me to be able to get to the bank. The workers are very knowledgable and friendly. I have been a member here for 30+ yrs
