Katie and Home Town Lenders were awesome. I was in the middle of buying my home and my previous lender kept throwing up all sorts of ridiculous roadblocks. I found Katie online and she helped me navigate the process and was able to get everything she needed to help me close on my home in 2 weeks. This was after my previous lender had caused the closing to be delayed twice. Katie was honest and never made any commitments she couldnt keep. If you are looking for a lender I highly recommend Katie as she will steer you right while making the process as painless as possible!!!
