        I can't recommend this venue enough. It was luxury meets the wild in every since and in all the right ways. The lake is stunning, the event space is cozy, inviting and spacious all at once but truly the best part was how gorgeous the cabins were. The attention to detail here is second to none and I'd strongly suggest for a company retreat, off-side meeting, wedding, special occasion.

        We stayed for 1 night and didn't expect a lot, but we were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The room is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The restrooms and showers are located outside of your room, but just a few steps away. The highlight of this place is the SAUNA and the camp fire!! After a long day of driving, the sauna is sooo nice and relaxing. The staff on site was nice and helpful too. There was a slight problem during our check-out, but Jessica solved it for us. If you are going to Knik Glacier or just need a getaway trip, I would definitely recommend staying here! Pro: quiet neighborhood, Sauna, camp fire (bring smore's), canoe and other activities to do on the lake Con: Restroom is outside (but very close by+clean), no restaurant or market in the site, but you can drive ~9 min to a 24hr convenience store near by, which has amazing old fashion ice-cream! Nearby activities: canoe, kayak, SUP, Jenga
