Mat-Su Sewing Machine Repair

This shop had my sewing machine for 3 months, charged my credit card for overpriced service in full (was just supposed to charge for the part) 1 1/2 months before getting my machine back. It was returned broken, a lot worse than when I took it in. Had to take it else where and pay more money to get the original issue fixed as well as all the things that were broken by this shop. The repairman is extremely rude. Please do not take your sewing machine here, it was the most expensive mistake I've ever made.

Aug 7, 2023 - My Pfaff 2170 was taken in to have the bobbin basket replaced. Machine & embroidery was working perfectly other than needing a new bobbin basket. I called weekly, one excuse after another. Finally, in November he told me he couldn't get the machine working again after replacing the basket, but he would work on it. I called & called then the end of January 2024, the machine was still NOT working. Picked up the machine, after 6 months, he could not fix what he destroyed. I am very, very unhappy, sad and sick to have had my machine that was used everyday for hours each day, completely DESTROYED. Not to mention the money it cost to buy a new machine and hopefully find someone who can fix what he destroyed.

Daniel is AMAZING!! I called him about my 2 machines , a Janome sewing machine and a Brother Embroidery machine . I was going to be in the area and he was able to fit me in , even working on his week off ! I live 6 hours away and no other repair shop near to me . After picking up and test sewing, I am ecstatic about the service I received !! My 10 year old Janome sounds brand new , and my embroidery machines timing is back on track . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop !

I was so pleased with this sewing machine repair shop! The timing was out in my machine and he did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing my machines. Definitely a knowledgeable repairman and his turnaround time is very good. He is also reasonably priced. If you need sewing machine repair or cleaning I highly recommend!!

I took my Janome S9 Embroidery/Sewing Machine to Mat-Su Repair for the first time. Daniel had it repaired and working like a charm again in the timeline that he had estimated. The machine had a few problems and he was able to repair and service for a very reasonable price!
