I ordered thick, made with dark chocolate ice cream, MALT. What I almost got was a shake made with ice cubes, milk chocolate, lots of milk, and butter cream in color. What I did get, minus the frozen ice cubes was a malt, consistency of milk, and butter cream in color. This was on a Tuesday and I requested 2 punches on my card, and received attitude again. I used to go in once a week to get a chocolate malt for Grandma for us to share during the lock-down in 2021, when she was in nursing home. I paid $10 and left rest for tip. Since that time, Grandma is gone, price of malt up and all I leave is some change, 'cause I am on a fixed income. Suffice to say my use of this business in Anthem has stopped.

Very clean location ! Staff is friendly and attentive . So glad they got rid of the old ice cream shop here and put in a 31 flavors !!

Shout out to the young man working alone this evening. The place was packed between 7:30 and 8 and he kept his cool. He handled each customer with speed and accuracy . Way to go!!

Went into store on September 7th 2021 about 8pm. I ordered 2 Vanilla Malts with double vanilla. I gor home to find NO malt at all, NO vanilla taste at all, it was like drinking watery milk flavored ice cream. I remember when Baskins was the best, Certanily not anymore. I will never go back there, TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
