        I've been looking at this property since October and anticipate living here in June. The process of applying for a lease yourself can get a bit difficult, luckily, I've had such amazing help from Ronny and Angelina. They've answered all my questions in a timely and explanative manner, and they've helped me navigate through what I needed to provide. They are also providing me with consistent updates regarding my application status. I just submitted my application today and I look forward to moving here!

        Living at Cottages at McDowell has been my best apartment experience in my entire life, so far! I'd love to say that management (especially Ronny, Angelina, and Christina) always provides the utmost kindness and warmth to my and my husband, and surely to the rest of the community. I feel the need to say that the property is very clean and well-maintained. The space and structure are by far the best parts of the property, as the price we pay for rent is worth living here at Cottages. You will not regret leasing with this place :) thank you, Cottages team, for your detailed attention to our experience and constantly going above and beyond for all of us who live here!
