        If you are looking to move into an apartment please avoid Estrella gateway, I currently live here and it is horrible. There were many issues with the apartment and as well moving in, The day I was suppose to move in they were tryna delay it and say that we would have to wait another day because our apartment wasn't ready not to mention how dirty and dusty the apartment was. The (new renovations) were completely lazy work we had paint chipped out, the patio slide door not work at all, and many more problems that we have to deal with. The maintence is completely horrible here as well it maybe take you a couple of months for them to get something fix if your even lucky enough. This apartment as well likes to have hidden fees that they wont tell you about which is about 200-300 dollars extra on top of your rent and amenities. DONT BELIEVE ANY 4-5 STAR REVIEW THEY ONLY DID THAT BECAUSE THEY EMAIL US FOR A POLL IF WE DO IT IS ALL A SCAM!!

        Im currently a resident here and I would suggest taking your money elsewhere. The apartments are not luxury. The grounds are never clean and they never clean the gym equipment or pool furniture. The entry gates are constantly jamming and Its impossible to contact the leasing office via phone and they never call you back. Im physically unable to walk over at the moment and I cant even call and talk to a live person. They also towed my car that was registered to my apartment and not in anybodys parking space. I do not plan to renew my lease.

        Dont waste your time renting here ! Having a parking spot and car registered under the apartment so they know it belong to us renters is a joke ! ( And its a working car ) Even if has a lil dust it shouldnt be towed what if a renter has been out of town or sick ! With this Arizona monsoon your car will look like it hasnt been driven ! They towed cars regardless of it being accounted for! No email to resident regarding a tow will take place ! Do not move here !

        These apartments have a contract with a scammy towing company. They will tow your vehicle with out warning. Every resident should be able to go to sleep with out worrying about their vehicle getting towed when they pay rent!!. OFFICE DOES NOT HELP. Dont waste your time with these apartments.
