This place is a joke. There number one priority is to get you in a contract, so they are able get your money. And if you elect not to do so, you will receive subpar treatment.

Rachel and David got me out of pain. When I knew I wasnt experiencing something neurological. And was turned away at a different chiropractor. They accepted me, listened to me. About my neck, pain and migraines. They are amazing. I am no longer in pain I can happily say.. Now I just have to maintain it. Thanks Rachel and David five stars across-the-board

NuSpine Chiropractic Avondale: I am cancelling my NuSpine membership because I have been unsatisfied with the billing process and lack of communication. I was eager to start chiropractic care and received a new member discount promo online. I called and stated I found the promo and would like to come in the next day and meet with a provider and start care and provided the promo info. When I started there, I met with the provider and she seemed to care about the care I was looking for. After my initial consultation, I was told to pay a higher price than the promo. I reminded the receptionist I had the promo and it was then corrected. Also meeting with the receptionist/ billing person, she provided me with the different billing options. I told her I was on a fixed income and requested my billing to begin the first of the month which she noted on her clipboard on top and said it was not a problem. I noticed my checking account was debited prior to the 1st. I replied to the text that was sent by a receptionist but didnt receive a reply back. I went into my second visit and she apologized and said she would comp me a visit and that it was her mistake. The providers alternate during the week which is fine but I felt that they never really looked at my chart to see the reasons for my care. I had to remind them on different visits about the care that was stated I would get weekly regarding certain discomforts. I was hoping they would take a look and then say something to the effect of ok it looks like we are treating you for.. the following month, my checking account was charged before the first and I had called and left a message to have them call me back for didnt not receive a call back so I had to keep on calling. After the mismanagement of billing and lack of miscommunication of the care I was there for.

Good positive experience with the staff and the spinal adjustment. Nice facility.
