        I got a dental cleaning done by Angel and it was the best experience Ive had!! Shes gentle yet thorough and my teeth feel amazing. I will be going back and exclusively scheduling with her.

        I went for an emergency procedure that required an extraction. I paid what I was to my copay was, in advance. The staff was engaged in personal conversations out loud. The dentist worked on my mouth for 3 hours, splattering blood in my face. He finally decided he could not complete the process. He then used the gauze from my mouth to wipe my face. Before leaving the chair, I was told he would not charge me anything (lie). The payment was never refunded, and they ran the procedure thru my insurance. I was given instructions that the other office would call for confirmation of the appointment (never happened). I had to call for three days only for my next appointment only to be told I needed to give more information that could have been transferred over from their sister office. I sent the information requested and then sent the paperwork for a closed office. After all of the runaround, I finally had the procedure at another office. Poor, poor service. I would give a zero if possible.
