It does not matter what day or what time I come in to get an oil change, Im waiting for at least 3 hours for a simple oil change. I dont understand their appointment system. This is the last time Im bringing my truck here. Even if the 5 oil change deal is a steal. Not worth the total wait time.

my name is ron and i made an appointment with my wife toyota camry on march 22 2024 at 8 am. I arrived at service station at 7:30 am and the service advisor name Ray came to me as he talk to me he ask me to open the hood of the car and i think he just use his superpower xray to diagnosed my car and says service to be done is worth 600 dollars. with my trust i say ok. he told me that they need to finish it in 2 and half hour so they give me complimentary uber back and forth. at 12 he texted me and says the car is done but UNFORTUNATELY when im about to leave and start my car , theres a lots of ISSUES showing on my DASHBOARD, so I waited again for another few hours. For me their service is very slow and poor and i need to cancelled my doctors appointment too. imagine it took almost 8 hours for my car to be done only for oil change and minor issues. Im sooo dissapointed. please train your staff and tecnician well. I have no issues with the product (toyota) because i like toyota very much.
