While conducting any business transaction there is always a 50/50 chance a challenge may arise. However, waiting well past the suggested time frames and having to encounter multiple poor representatives with no resolve, well thats just a business relationship on the verge of break up! The difference....Management and exceptional individuals who actually care about their costumers. This is how to keep up your customer retention. Have a exemplary management crew such as John (Store Manager) and Dee (Parts Manager). Once able to speak with John and Dee there were 3 major important Actions offered to reassure our business was important and my continued business was what they were going to achieve. John was very concerned how many failed attempts it took to finally get his attention to our situation. All was solved and we are still conducting business just as we have for the past 10 years. We have barely been here in Arizona for a week when we had to come try out our new local autozone. Previous to this visit, most of our business was conducted in California and at the same store. To have this as our first impression not only does it prove that good employees make a business As well as good old-fashioned Face-to-face customer service Is what actually saves your Customer relationships.
