PNC Bank

NOT customer friendly either at the local branch or other "services" phone wise. Will NOT release inherited funds even when a living trust and death certificates are provided. Have been stalling our mother's estate now for four months and counting while other local banking institutions locally have disbursed funds in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Telling us we need to retain legal or paralegal services and probate court when it is not required with a living trust and a designated beneficiary is named. Suing for acting in "Bad Faith" on the part of BBVA legal team is quickly becoming more optional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLUSTERPHUQ of a banking institution!!!

I drove from Las Vegas to Bullhead City to cash my BBVA $5000 paycheck which my local bank wanted to put on a 10 day hold . I arrived at the BBVA Bank at 1:00 pm on Monday . The bank had 2 customers and a full staff of employees inside but the door was locked . They looked at me tapping on the door and then looked away . 5 minutes later , when I kept tapping , a young lady came to the door and ordered me to step back ( I was trying to talk to her through the crack at the door’s edge as she approached ) . I stepped back and she opened the door . I explained my situation to her . She told me the bank was closed , and asked me if I was an account holder . I told her that I was not . By this time it was 1:09 ( She told me so ) and she told me that bank policy would not allow her to cash my check , especially if I wasn’t a member . I told her I would get a room and return on Tuesday morning . She told me they were closed Tuesday , and closed the door . As she closed the door I asked her if she could even imagine my disappointment and frustration . She rolled her eyes .
