Wonderful stay here. All the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They were very helpful in signing up for their rewards program as well. Always ready with a courtesy item if you left it at home. They had a breakfast in the morning that was very filling. Consisted of scrambled eggs, sometimes sausage sometimes bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, had a variety of bagels and bread with cream cheese, jelly or honey. They had yogurt, orange juice, apple juice and different coffees. Something for everyone. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. First time staying here and will definitely staying here again if I come back.

way overpriced. 4 stars? no chance, 2 at best, I gave it one star because the customer service sucks. check in at 4 pm? check out 11 am? front desk always playing games. there is NO WATER PRESSURE. the in room a/c is VERY LOUD.

We stayed here with 4 kids. The rooms were clean, the double queen room came with a pullout sofa that was passable for small kids to sleep on. The pool was awesome, however the pool tiles were beyond dangerous they were sooo slick when wet we had to lay a towel walkway for the kids. The breakfast though was amazing it set a new expectation for continental breakfasts in my book. I'd stay here again if passing thru

We stayed at this hotel last week. Friendly staff, clean and quiet. We prefer and appreciate the quietness after a fun day in Laughlin. Breakfast is great also.
