Easy enough to sign up for both auto and business yet when I went to pay my business insurance, they credited my truck instead, making my business useless for a job I had completed thinking I was good to go and instead of fixing what they called a misunderstanding from their secretary, they proceeded to flip, gaslight, or whatever and placed all the blame on me. The more I expressed this, the nastier they got and as a result I now found another. Nice enough people as far as good salesmen go but if something goes wrong, I wouldn't expect for them to admit their part. Still not sure how I brought them several hundred in cash for payment needed immediately and after their mistake, I have to wait weeks to get a check from some other place. Sure they probably wrote that company a check, but that's still on them, not me, you, the customer.
