Anderson Powersports Bullhead City

Took my rzr in because of a terrible chatter in the rear end. One month out of warranty and I knew it. They said my transmission had no oil and filled it. They didn’t flush it to see if there was any issue. Then they proceeded to replace the front differential because they said my dealer back home had stripped the fill plug and they (Anderson) had to chisel it out. When I inspected the differential the plug was still tight and the case was cracked. When I picked up the machine,$4700 later, the rear end still chattered. I drained the fluid out of the transmission there was metal paste on the drain plug magnet and metal shards in the oil. I don’t mind paying repair bills but only if it fixes the problem. Now it sits next to my 5th wheel waiting until I get home to my dealer so he can sort it out.

Andrew and Chuck are class act guys and took care of my issues with my side by side. I am going to take it to them in the future based on my customer service experience they provided to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Greg Brown
