        My family and I have been coming here for years now. Dr. Bullen and Dr. Beckstrand are some of the best Doctors I have ever met in my life. The whole staff is extremely nice and I recently got to speak to Janet, who was super helpful with answering my questions. I highly recommend giving this practice out a chance as you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars! Thank you :)

        If you decide to go here Id highly recommend getting a second opinion. His ortho plan was ridiculous and approach was off putting.

        Took my daughter to have her space maintainer removed. The guy who was going to look in her mouth put his gloves on then proceeded to dig a used mask out of his pocket unfold it and put it on his face. Before he could stick his fingers in my daughters mouth I asked him if he could put new gloves on. He rolled his eyes and was visibly irritated with my request. He started to remove the gloves and sarcastically asked, were these ones dirty? I told him yes you dug in ur pocket got your mask out and put it on your face. I did not appreciate his unpleasant attitude or the fact that he was going to stick his fingers in my daughters mouth with dirty gloves on. I 10/10 do NOT recommend!

We prioritize cleanliness, and pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and sterile work environment for the sake of our staff and patients. I understand your concern about the mask and I have looked into this issue. I was made aware that it was indeed a new mask, not previously used as described but was pulled from a side pocket. You are correct, typically the mask is donned first, and the gloves second. While this scenario may have been atypical, it was certainly not done with ill-intent and I apologize. We always strive for excellence at Bullen Orthodontics, and we hope that both you and your daughter have a blessed day and that we might have a chance to win you over in the future.
