My child has been going here for 7 yrs!!! And I have been very disappointed in them the last couple yrs but as of Monday.... I definitely give them 2 thumbs down my child got sick over the weekend I called Monday and they said no walk ins no appointments all week so I tried a few urgent cares trying to avoid the ER no luck no place took our insurance I called back freaking out asking if they could make an exception and I was told no finally I found an urgent care that did take our insurance and got the help my child needed... Like as a parent living in a place that has very little medical resources for children the pediatrician is an important place and to be told I can't come in was really scary at a time where the flu RSV and colds are extremely bad right now

We had no choice but to choose Dr. Reyes. We went ahead and gave this office a chance even though the reviews werent that great. We had our annual check up for my two kids at 830. By the time we were taken back to a room and seen by Dr. Reyes we had waited over 2 hours. She literally seen my kids for no more than 7 minutes and doesnt care about our concerns. We didnt end up leaving until 1115. You wait such a long time for your comcerns to be looked passed.. Bullhead definitely needs better pediatric. Our children are suffering

Honestly the staff is amazing . We love everyone there and it will be so sad when we do leave the clinic . BUT Dr Reyes isn't great . She will not remember your kids , even those with disabilities, sends referrals wrong, cancels appointments day before , talk poorly of parents in the halls (agrees with a potential diagnosis to parents face and makes a referral then goes to the hall and says were over reacting and it's normal for a 3 yr old bo barely be talking ONLY due to having speech since he was one )
