I rented with Keytime as the management company for 4 years. They are just great. Any problems I had were addressed quickly. From the time a pipe burst in the wall-- I called them about 7am and they had plumbers there by 7:30 to the time I couldn't change the light bulb in the carport and had to ask them to do it, they were always right on top of things. Cannot say enough kind words about Cheryl, I could text, email or call her with anything. She is absolutely amazing. I only stopped renting from them because I moved out of state.

I have had a 5 star experience with Keytime Property Management. They are cutting edge in dealing with tenant concerns & maintenance requests, book keeping, and rent collection. All of my AZ real estate purchases since 2007 have been handled by my property manager, Cheryl W. and I trust her implicitly with the management of those investments. Keytime in my opinion is the premier property management company in Mohave County AZ working to the benefit and satisfaction of both tenant and owner alike.
