        Room not clean, bed sheets and towel not clean. Smell of cigarettes in the room. I travel for work and sometimes I have to leave early, but at this hotel they don't want to refund me. They charge 7 days more. In 6 years, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in

        This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. Rooms are dirty, water from the faucets smells bad, they do room service every 5 days which is ridiculous. They run out of hot water. And the staff is just terrible over all I would never recommend this place to anyone.

        This hotel is rundown, and needs many improvements. I wouldn't recommend. Wendy F. GM, My room smelt like cigarettes and marijuana even though you have signs posted throughout the hotel. The bathroom was not updated. My air conditioner made noises, made even more noises after the repair man fixed it. I changed your rating from 2 stars to 1 because you're not very courteous. Rooms: My bathroom smelt musty, and the air conditioner made noises. The hotel needs some improvemenaccommodating more accommodating.
