UPDATE: We were contacted by Dylan of Desert Foothills Plumbing today 4/8/24. They will be returning to our home on Wednesday. We appreciate the quick response. I will update my review after the visit. We have a Grohe shower faucet system that was in need of repair. I had called other plumbers that could not fix the issue. I then decided to call Grohe for referrals to plumbers in my area and Desert Foothills Plumbing was on the list. They came out, the plumber was at our house the entire day. He took out the thermostatic valve, cleaned up a corroded pipe in the wall, and left with our faceplate and valve, saying he needed it to order the new parts. The day of work cost us $1500. The following week we received an email with three new choices of replacement parts. None of which were Grohe. Each of the three choices were priced from $1800-2000 for the install. I called Desert Foothills and asked for an explanation which could not be given. I then asked for the original plumber to call and explain what he actually did the first time he was there and explain the costs associated with the new pieces to be installed. Crickets..I sent a follow up email last week 4/2/24 to have him call my husband and also to bring our old pieces back. Again, absolute silence. If we were to select one of their options for the replacement, we would be in over $3500. We cannot get an email returned or a call back explaining the work that was done or the work to be done. So FRUSTRATING, and very poor business practice. AND OUR SHOWER REMAINS UNUSABLE!! I will also be emailing Grohe to let them know one of their referrals is bogus.

We recently called Desert Foothills Plumbing to unclog a septic pipe at our home. Jose answered our (Saturday morning) call and responded to our home in under an hour! My husband had already pulled back the artificial turf exposing the septic clean out pipe. Jose expertly and efficiently cleared the clog and all was in working order in 40 minutes! I highly recommend Desert Foothills Plumbing for all your household and business plumbing needs. They are dependable, honest, and knowledgeable!

I wanted to give Dallas Case from Desert Foothills Plumbing a five star review for coming to our rescue this evening. It really does pay to support our local community. At five pm we found ourselves with a water heater that had exploded and was leaking water throughout our garage. The only way to stop it was to turn the water main to the entire house off. By seven thirty pm Dallas had removed the old water heater, changed the piping so our water could be turned back on and is handling the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Couldnt ask for better or more professional service and his pipe work is clean and well done too ! Highly recommended.

Desert Foothills Plumbing is outstanding and specifically Ruben Garcia. We were completely over-the-moon with Rubens work. He is wonderful. Highly recommend!!!
