        Highly Recommend! Jake answered on a Sunday when the 24-Hour companies wouldnt. He was prompt, professional and he and his team stayed until the issue was resolved even after the sun set on a Sunday! His team also came back at pumped for us as well after the initial problem was addressed and again provided Great service !!

        Very professional company. Jake and Jacob cleaned and inspected my septic system for a pending home sale. I was very impressed by their knowledge and honesty.         Didnt have the greatest experience with black mountain. While digging up the septic system, they cut my irrigation and electrical line for watering. Cost me over $1000 to repair. Only gave me a discount of $100. Ask Jason to do whatever you think is right and only gave me $100 discount. Doesnt seem like great business practice! Wont be using them again.

      Hi Dave, Sorry to read this, unfortunately when landscapers run irrigation and electrical over the septic (not up to code) this can happen, like all companies we have no way to know it's there and can run into it while digging. We let you know right away, and although we always exclude it from our jobs because it is an unknown, we did come back later that night and give you a call while you were at the world series game (Go D-backs) and let you know we repaired everything and gave you a $100 discount for the inconvenience. Customer Service is #1 for us and we went above and beyond - well out of our normal scope to please you, not sure what else we could have done. We do appreciate your business.
