        You know what really bugs me about having to send this review? When I first moved to Chino Valley just this last summer, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I would even go there for lunch at least twice a week. Recently the service waned, then the diner got worse, then very recently the quality of their food got worse. They may have hired some bad help recently, but you know what? I don't believe I will eat there anytime soon or possibly ever. It breaks my heart because it seems there are less and less decent places to eat around here. I guess I'm bringing my lunch for now on. The managers here better make some changes, because it's really bad to lose business when the competition isn't any better. Hmm...I guess the mom and pops businesses stand a chance against you franchise jobs after all! Who would have thought? Maybe one should open in y'all's location. That is if you don't fix it. You managed to knock one customer off your list just today. I just wonder how many people you turned away, because the drive through has been awfully full to be serving that many people poor quality chicken.
