        You used to be able to walk into this or any bank and access the tellers and personnel without an appointment and 3 drive through lanes. Those are gone. You need an appointment to talk to anyone. The long lines are insufferable. I don't know how other banks operate, probably the same but customer "service" is a thing of the past. It feels like we're their enemy and they want to make us suffer. Perhaps it's just the new normal. The whole industry is simply shameful.
