        Having to bag my own groceries is not acceptable when I see 3 other employees standing around chatting and my own cashier is too busy talking with other customers in line to be bothered helping assist in bagging my items. Instead just pushes the groceries toward me so I can do it while she continues her chat. I'm sorry to complain however this has been an on going occurrence when I shop at this store for the past few months. Please try to address this issue.

        We stopped at this store twice during a recent trip to Cottonwood. The selection of foods available was excellent. The problem is that both times when I checked the receipt I was overcharged for items that had large sale tags. One time it was for chicken tenders and coke, another it was for a specialty potato product. We ended our vacation with a trip to Safeway.
