I had my daughters 10th bday party there and it was Amazing! Everything was clean and the food was good! Honorable mentions to Jordan for being the most AMAZING host! He was super helpful, professional, polite, great with the kids and so patient. I would be happy to host another party there anytime!

My party of two children and one adult came to jump today. Having not been made aware of a new policy whatsoever it was necessary for us to pay additional entry for my one year old daughter on top of the monthly membership we have in place. This was not an issue however the attitude and treatment my party received from staff (including the manager on site today) was disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright rude. We have held a membership at this establishment for multiple years and have also hosted several birthday parties (I.E paying customers) . I would have hoped for at least a basic amount of courtesy and professionalism from staff but that was not the case. If I could cancel my memberships right now I would. The staff at this place leaves a lot to be desired.

Horrible experience! We didnt get full time we pay for! Also staff letting there friends jump for free Wont be back. Will let people know this place is trash.
