I have loved Dr. Goates! I was recommended him by a friend. She was absolutely right when she said that he was the best dentist she'd been to! He is very kind and always takes a few minutes to talk. The staff is wonderful and the hygienists are considerate and fun.

We found Dr. Goates through a coworkers referral. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. The entire staff treated me like family. We found out my fiancée had an issue with her tooth. They were able to schedule her an appointment the same day. They treated her like gold and referred her to a specialist. They took care of finding her an appointment immediately. This will be our family dentist from here on out. Thank you Dr. Goates and staff for everything. If anyone in the Chandler/Gilbert area is looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Goates.

I have been seeing Dr. Goates for a few years and he is an excellent dentist, who I highly recommend. He has proven to be knowledgeable and skilled with both cosmetic procedures, and in regular dentistry. Most importantly, he always takes time to explain procedures, gives you the opportunity to ask questions without ever making you feel rushed, or that you are taking too much time. I recently had a couple of older crowns in the front of my mouth crack, and require replacement, and I thought I might like to replace the other remaining crowns to get a nice cosmetic look. The end result was amazing. It is the best my teeth have ever looked, and now I have the straight white smile I have always wanted. I get compliments all the time. Dr. Goates was very knowledgeable and was able to give direction to the lab so they could create this wonderful end result, and always included me in the decision making. Both he and his staff were sooo patient with me and never forced me to accept a crown or color that I was not comfortable with. Would definitely recommend Dr. Goates and his staff.
