Nice people who need more training. Got bad highlights (too bleached) and toner (basically tonered over everything but brassy highlights in the front) from Mcayla so I went back and asked the owner/manager Denise to please fix. She said "I'm just going to trim a little in back" and did-I told her I was growing my hair out.( It's short ) After all that ,she erred on the side of red, with some brassy tones in front AGAIN. I now get to live with it because neither of them are getting close to what I asked for , and Denise was going to charge me 100.00 for the redo. I reminded her it was a redo so she said due to the cost of product and trim that I didn't ask for she'd only charge 50.00 All this to save money-I wound up spending 150.00 and look like crap.

First time absolutely loved the staff so amazing and inviting. Hair looks so much better and so healthy, Alexis was such a delight. Definitely will be recommending to everyone Services: Hair coloring, Haircut
