I took my truck for a major repair. Mr. Gustavo treated me very professionally. He gave me a major repair and I was very satisfied with the result. I appreciate that he gave me an extended warranty. I recommend his work and his good treatment.

My wife took her truck in for a large repair, so far it has gone smoothly... she is satisfied with the work done and the treatment of the workshop staff, in addition to being calm to know that it has an extended warranty... highly recommended ..

I write this on behalf of a family friend: Guss Automotive does not stand by their word. They charged us nearly $7,000 to rebuild our engine, but the vehicle is not drivable, makes a terrible grinding sound when running and emits tons of toxic exhaust. There is a similar story to ours posted on reviews where another customer also spent $7,000 and as left out to dry by Guss Automotive. We attempted several times to resolve the matter with the business owner, Gus Meza, but he refused to do the right thing. We ended up taking him to court and was awarded over $5,800, but he refuses to pay the amount ORDERED by the court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS. It is so disappointing that a small business owner would treat his community in this way. Shameful! NOTE: I will continue to post bad reviews on whatever outlet I find until this matter is resolved.
