Joe's Auto of Glendale

Brought my 2004 Mustang GT into Joe's for a clutch replacement. Everything went very well with the repair. I'm very happy with how I was treated by Tim throughout the whole experience. I will be bringing my cars to Joe's for future service..

Ive been going to Joes Auto for several years now at the location in Glendale. They are amazing. They do outstanding work on all of my families cars and now Ive changed to a new car and I took it up there so they could take a look at the engine for me if you want fantastic mechanics, and outstanding customer service, check them out

We had new front tires put on. Guy at tireshop said our front bearings were bad. Joe's Auto checked and our Bearings were fine. Joe's is honest. Didn't charge us a dime. Thanks

While I'm happy that my car was successfully repaired, two of Joe's Auto pledges were not kept. "Give the best and most courteous service possible" and "Give complete and accurate estimates before we perform any work". I scheduled a Monday appointment the Friday prior. The parts were not ordered on Friday. When I dropped the car on Monday, that's when a different associate ordered the parts, but they weren't all in the state. I learned this after I ubered home and had to return to pickup my car. Then I was told the parts would arrive Tues morning and I would be called around 9am with an update. I received no such call and had to call the store later for an update. On top of that, the 1st associate priced my repair and didn't provide a hard copy. The 2nd associate said charges were missing and the price increased $300. The parts didn't arrive until Thur afternoon. The repair occurred on Friday for $2500 plus $60 in Uber fees. I am very unhappy with the service and will not return to Joe's Auto.
