STAY AWAY Just got a call from Arizona protective services wondering if I knew where my family member was???? Corrupt Group in Maricopa county. Also, these Inhumane Pigs took out a 350K PPP loan during the pandemic? A group of abusive, cons taking everything from the elderly and conning the USA for another 350k. Wake up America! After seven years of Fraudulant activity, these cons decided to move my uncle into a low functioning house run by a couple foreign janitors. Well that's what happens when these Greedy Crooks have stepped over the fiduciary line, and "Breached the contract". This Frauds drained the Estate for their own purses! This home they threw him in is a prison cell, and took all his furniture, books/games/ photos.Now after Being Transferred to this room with nothing to do, he tested positive for COVID and lays in ICU! The assisted living facility where he came from had vaccinated him, but this residential home were Childers/Coventry threw him in because THE Crooks were spending the money on themselves was A terrible situation. Not a safe or sanitary situation the fiduciaries will not allow me to get information and stopped all contact, without a judges order. An email that Miss Coventry sent to me.Who knows how much the group would take out per month? These con artists do nothing but steal and launder, you know this group is guilty when they will not release any info medically or financially. A Group of Guilty Crooks. Lawyers and accountants are not for the Good of human beings, these men are INHUMANE. Time to put a stop to the White Collar Crooks, abusing the elderly....

I was reviewing posts on here and want to add my interactions. I wanted a fiduciary and interviewed several. In fact, Roger Coventry was recommended by another fiduciary who couldn't meet my needs. Anytime I have contacted Roger or the team, they have been responsive. I was fortunate to have direct interaction with several of the staff. I walked away seeing how much they care about their clients. One thing I specifically appreciate is they have a staff of nurses who can manage my Health POA. Ever since I made Coventry, Vernon, and Roberts my fiduciary I have rested much better knowing I am taken care of and know it is within my power to change if I ever feel differently. Thank you Roger and team for your responsiveness, directness, and honesty.

09/29/2022. Response: I've provided the address of the property where I was a Tenant. Search your feelings, you know this to be true! If what I am saying is defamation, don't you have access to a network of attorneys who would be willing to defend your company's reputation? Why would you be looking to Google for representation? You hired SunDial Realty, which has a D rating by the BBB, to manage this property (Hailey Creason). Coy Vernon, and T.Fitzsimmons inspected the property address in April 2021. How do I know? I let them into the house! I will get this resolved very soon. The More You Know...The More YOU G R O W! 6840 S 32nd Place. Phoenix, AZ 85042... Childers and Coventry never replaced the microwave, which was potentially giving off radiation,. Attempted to extort $125.00 from me as a Tenant (documented emails are available for review). Refused to refund my security deposit of $1000.00...will need to secure a judgement in small claims court. In addition, the property management team of SunDial Realty, is just as shady as the fiduciary services of Childers and Coventry. So now you know. The More you Know, the More you GROW!

Expense statements were never provided, There was a change in staff and my fathers estate was overlooked, after leaving messages and more than a year after my fathers passing and more requests we received a statement indicating that all his funds had been depleted. Lack of integrity and professionalism. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

I was debating whether or not I should invest my time and effort in depicting my not so pleasant experience with Childers & Coventry Fiduciary. However, I ultimately decided that investing some of my time in writing out this testimony would be CRUCIAL for any potential future clients in similar circumstances whom may be in need of fiduciary services (for whatever the reason(s)). As a geriatric registered nurse and senior living and care advocate, I had been entrusted by a hospital in the valley to help in finding a fiduciary firm for one of our mutual older adult clients in need of guardianship/conservatorship. I had called Childers & Coventry Fiduciary on 8/24, and had left a voicemail for Roger at exactly 2:37 p.m. regarding a potential referral. Roger had VERY promptly returned my phone call at exactly 3:53 p.m. on 8/24 (initially exhibiting much interest and enthusiasm in speaking with me; hence his very prompt call back to me given that I had a referral for his firm). I had given Roger a synopsis of the client and his situation. When I had reached back out to the firm (on 8/30) to follow up and to speak with Roger, and asked him if he would be willing to consider and look further into the case, his response consisted of a silent pause of a couple of seconds, followed by him informing me (with clear hesitation in his voice), that their firm is swamped and overloaded with cases, and that he wouldnt he be able to take on this case. Instead of this dishonesty and deception in his statement, I would have much rather appreciated him stating that hes not willing to take on the case due to the complexity and variables involved and the uncertainty of assets/funds attached to this clients name. It is VITAL for me to note that I INSTANTLY FELT his piercing dishonesty, unwillingness and the deceit in his voice, as he blurted out the phrase informing me that his firm was unable to take on the case due to being overloaded with cases. The irony being, that although, when I had initially reached out to his firm and left a message regarding a potential referral, Roger had the time, availability, and the willingness to entertain the case prior to receiving an overview of the clients status. It seems that Roger Coventry only wants to take on cases that are less complex, and/or easier/easy to navigate with clients who have GUARANTEED liquid assets to their name and in their trust. Ill conclude my testimonial in the following manner: the extent of unprofessionalism exhibited by Roger is simply disheartening.
