I have stayed multiple times at your hotel for the WRDE yearly dental convention . always great but this evening, an employee that I met at the front desk (not sure of her actual job description) went above and beyond due to the time of day and the coffee shop being already closed. I cannot tell you how her example of customer service is not seen much these days and she needs to be commended for that. She is an example of what every busy needs. Rooms: Very comfortable Nearby activities: All the food and fun! Safety: Im here alone and never feel uncomfortable Walkability: Anything you could want for food and entertainment is within a short enjoyable walk. Food & drinks: Always great food and service Noteworthy details: Overall pleasure staying here
