I purchased out of state. Initially everything went wonderfully and then once the deal was done, there was a drop in communication while they found and scheduled shipping. On the upside, my car is absolutely gorgeous but on the downside I felt a bit out of the loop.

Edit: I spoke to the GM Dave Head on 10/27/23, and he apologized and asked to make it right. He referenced the video from Audi, and checked the reconditioning sheet they had, which showed only 2 tires were replaced in the back, but somehow the front tires were missed. He offered to change the front two tires and do the alignment on Friday 11/3/23. I brought my car back to them at 9 am on 11/3/23, and Im happy to report that they kept their word. Updating to 3 stars based upon this interaction. Still awaiting the results from the cancelled warranty I did not want. Will update once thats resolved. I wish I could this recommend this dealership but, I cant. I purchased an Audi from them on Friday 10/20/23. It seemed like a good transaction except I didnt get a copy of my purchase agreement, and had to go down to the dealership on Monday to get one. The salesman Steven was very friendly and helpful. The finance gentleman was not so nice when I stated I did not want an extended warranty, and asked for it to be removed/canceled. I took my newly purchased car to Audi yesterday 10/26/23 for a second key programming only to find out during a routine check that the 2 front tires are completely bald on the inside of the wheel well, and that an alignment is needed as its unsafe. I contacted Steven and Jaguar with the video of the bald tires to see how this could have happened and how they plan to resolve this. Well I was just told today that they checked the vehicle and it passed safety requirements and that the tires as bald as they were are deemed safe. Ive asked to see the inspection report and they have not provided it. I honestly dont think they checked this vehicle before placing it for sale. So now I will need to shell out $1500 for an alignment and new tires on top of having to purchase a second key for $750 from Audi. How can you call yourself a luxury dealership but behave like a backlot snake oil used car lot? This is absolutely bad business, and I hope no one has to have the experience Ive had with just only owning this car for a week. I regret this transaction.

My experience with this dealership has been an absolute nightmare. Im going through the negotiation process and the sales team conveniently forgets to mention that the car has been in two accidents, one of which is like 80% of the car damaged. And I only know about it because my husband could get a carfax record through a friend. This blatant deception is inexcusable! And it becomes clear to me they were trying to hide the car's history and sell the car with original high price. The sales team called me next day and begged us to come to the dealership. Twice Ive asked over the phone if there is anything that we need to know about the car, any history to be aware of, and got no answers, the whole conversation was centered on pushing us to be back to the dealership asap. We return to the dealership with a new fair price proposal based on our findings of the two accidents. Shockingly the sales team refused to make a deal so we walk away. Next day to my big surprise (!) the new sales manger Mark/Mike called me and it appear he wanted to negotiate and make a new deal. I was so confused why this new Mark/Mike guy called me and not the other two sales guys that we were talking to before. Nevertheless, we returned to the dealership hoping for new fair deal. Our sales team was NOT there and Mark/Mikes offer was NOT even remotely close to a reasonable amount. It felt like he was just wasting our time. When I expressed my frustration of this ridiculous offer Mark lost his cool, started to talk rude and unprofessional. He started to raise his voice on me and even told straight to me and my husband NOT TO COME BACK to the dealership! I felt so offended and so stressed by his complete lack of respect. He was rude and the energy that he showed me was so toxic, absolute awful feeling I felt sick immediatelyEspecially not to mention Im standing there in a volnurable position being 8,5 months pregnant! So then my husband seeing me there fully lost goes okay, have a good night and as we are walking out Mark/Mike throws at us leaving I hope to see you tomorrow No words At this point I was so upset, confused, everything felt weird this Mark/Mike guy felt so toxic, with this bad energy, his manners, the way he was talking felt so rude and mean Absolute awful experience!
