Do your research before you hire a landscaping company. One of three companies preferred by pool company and I chose Patriot because they were going to do the coping anyway for the pool company (Presidential) They showed me a representation of a limestone install that I loved. The color, the pattern of the layout was perfect and looked precise and clean. I requested same, and also asked them to build, stucco and paint equipment wall. Installing limestone looked to be a challenge for them as many stones were chipped significantly but installed anyway. Please look for expert installers here! I had no idea this was a young company (2019) and attention to detail is not their strong suit. Only some were replaced, as they said they noticed they were "unacceptable" so were fixed. I was made to feel lucky that they noticed the few they did. If using the right tools, I should have seen straight edges, not gouged out edges installed and not just a few even using "Limestone". The tile pattern I requested was never done, and when I asked why....I was given the reason, not enough room for the design. Huh? What does that even mean? So you don't contact me and let me know or talk to me about what can be revised that is acceptable to the homeowner? You just do what you want, and I still have to pay you?
The equipment wall was built at an angle, which was never discussed, and built how they saw fit. I told them I could live with it, as more importantly the limestone and the sheer wall were in-correctly done and noticeable.
The wall going from front to back yard that was taken down for excavation and rebuilt by Patriot as well, only without the drainage holes I had on the old wall. When I called them they said, oh... well we did not have the original plans, so did not know. How is this my fault? I was told they could probably install drainage after the fact, but I've never heard back from them, since they were paid. So much for integrity, honesty AND communication.
When you lay artificial turf, are you supposed to see the seams where they came together? I don't think so. Services: Concrete masonry, Artificial turf installation, Stone masonry
