An adjustment after speaking with the lawyer who handled my case I was under the impression this would be a three way split. It was not. After all was said and done I received a payout that was essentially equal to some overtime hours. The loss I and my family incurred is immeasurable surely, but to come out after the case and still have debt exceeding the payout was beyond frustrating. The insurance company Will take everything you and your family deserve and no sleep will be lost from it. The attorneys did their best to handle it, although it did not turn out the way we had hoped. That being said this company closes cases on such a grand scale that should an individual get a lower payment due to insurance adjusting the amount charged to the client to allow the client at least 1/3rd of the money would surely not even come close to a net loss overall to the company. Seeing this from purely financial at this point I feel we could have all benefited, but we feel Robbed. This is an emotional feeling but the staff is kind. I do not feel personal hatred towards the staff. They did do their job, timely and accurately.

Don't bother with this law firm. They don't care, and they will sub your case out to another law firm and still make money off your case.
