        Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 if I could put 0 I would. 3 weeks later and after being told that the lab lost my frames but the representative at visionworks told me they found them a week ago and would be shipping. Still no information a week later. And regarding my friend we were trying to get her into an eye surgeon for her cataracts 3 weeks later and still don't show any notes of faxing it to the in network provider that I ask them to. But they said they did. Meanwhile on a buy 1 get 1 free sale still cost Just shy of $500, 3 weeks later and no glasses. Worst service ever from visionworks and so sad because I've been going there for years but will probably never bless their doorstep again.
