Fitness Institute Arrowhead

I have been training at The Fitness Institute for six months with Don. Don is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer and worked closely with me to meet my goals. The staff at the gym is friendly and welcoming and I always felt comfortable working out. I would highly recommend The Fitness Institute to anyone looking for results.

March 2nd 2012 I have been working out at gym's most of my life and I never have found one better than the Fitness Institute. The trainers are the best of the best all which are fully certified and will push to your fullest. I have been training at the Fitness Institute for six years and am forty-seven years old; I am in the best shape of my life and loving every minute of it. If you are looking for a gym to stick with, stop looking because the right choice is the Fitness Institute Arrowhead. I now live in north Cave Creek and make the early morning drive six days a week to do cardio and workout. The trainers are the best in the valley and well worth the miles and time I drive. I don't just come for the great workout's but the friendship's and camaraderie. The gym has great equipment, always clean and maintained.
