They took twice as long as quoted and since we have a baby I had to take her somewhere else to sleep for 8 days when we were quoted 3 (it rained one of those days). Also, on the last day, I came home and the tiles were up higher than they were before and thus there was an unpainted area showing all around the border of our house. He told me he could paint it but would have to charge us more and tried to say that the original homebuilders put the tiles on wrong. When you spend almost $10,000 to get a roof done, you would expect it to look good when its done. He did agree to paint in the end. Rob was unprofessional in his emails.. We sent him half the fees a week ahead and he said he didnt get them. I offered to mail a new check or gave him pick one up. He declined and later I received the mail back saying it was the wrong address (I used the address he gave us). He admitted fault but then later blamed me for not sending the money.

Best experience I have had by far with any contractors or repair. Robert has done work for me 3 times now an each time it was quick, reasonably priced and very good work. Recommend to people I know. Thanks

During the last rainstorms I noticed that there was a leak in the ceiling. It was clear that the roof would need repair. I had a few contractors come out and give estimates and Robert with Arizona Premium Roofing gave a very reasonable estimate for repair and was very professional. I chose him and he even had one of his employees come out on a Sunday and complete the work! About a month later one of the tiles from the side of the house had fallen off and Robert came out to get the tile so he could match the color and said he will replace for me at no cost. I would highly recommend Arizona Premium Roofing. They are honest, punctual and very professional.
